In fact, we offer three lines of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP creams: Classic, Premium and Chef. Each of them includes natural, porcini mushroom and white truffle versions. Their original, harmonious and intense taste makes them ideal for seasoning pasta, risottos and soups, as a combination in canapés and sandwiches, and as a fondue to accompany vegetables.
We buy raw material from the best dairies in the Apennines of Reggio Emilia, which due to its morphological and climatic characteristics is one of the most suitable places for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano. In this way, we are able to offer a food that, through our processing, acquires a unique and unmistakable flavor, perfect for lovers of good food.
Our Story
T.F.A., Trasformazione Formaggi e Alimentari (Cheese and Food Processing), is a family-run business established in 1998 in the hills of the Apennine Mountains of Reggio Emilia. In this setting surrounded by nature, where the gastronomic tradition is rich in varied and delicious recipes, we too have always wanted to make our contribution.
Thus, we have specialized in cheese processing and processing. We select first-rate, certified and guaranteed products. In addition, we follow a strictly controlled production process at every stage to provide excellent food. Our passion and determination have led us to formulate a whole range of spreadable creams, whose main ingredient is the king of cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano.
In 1998 we created Carpinello, the first cream of Parmigiano Reggiano, the result of passion, tradition and love that has evolved over time.
Our connection with this precious food has been handed down from father to son since 1950.
At that time our family was already trading and curing Parmigiano Reggiano in a small matildic village in the hills of Reggio Emilia, Carpineti, from which our product takes its name.
